The articles, guides and answers here are general information about SEO, content and websites. They are written carefully, but they are not advice for your specific business, and search engines change how they work often. Please check anything important against your own situation before you act on it.
The free SEO audit
When you request a free audit, I review what I can see of your site and search presence at that time and send you my honest opinion in writing. It is free, there is no obligation to hire me, and no sales call is required. Because it is based only on public information and a limited review, it is a starting point, not a complete technical report.
Results and case studies
The results, screenshots and testimonials on this site come from real client work. They show what happened in those projects, not a promise of what will happen in yours. Rankings and traffic depend on Google and other search engines, your market, your competitors and many other things nobody controls, so I never guarantee a particular ranking, traffic level or number of leads.
Paid work
If we work together, the scope, price, timing and other details are agreed in writing before any work starts. That written agreement applies to the project, and if it differs from these terms, the agreement wins.
Who owns the content
The text, design and original images on this site belong to me or are used under licence. You are welcome to share links to any page and to quote short passages with a link back. Please do not copy whole pages or reuse the content commercially without asking first.
Client names, logos and testimonials belong to their owners.
Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- use the forms to send spam, advertising or anything unlawful
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site
- scrape or copy the site in a way that harms it or its visitors
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Liability
I work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be complete, current or free of errors. As far as the law allows, I am not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its general information.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be excluded, for example under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws where you live.
Changes and contact
I may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. How I handle personal information is explained in my privacy policy.
